Brookfield Properties has over 160 retail assets around the world and they are heavily invested in making them spaces that draw consumers in and inspire communities to grow. They rolled out a massive image campaign called Stop Searching. Start Living. that had numerous multimedia touchpoints throughout all of their properties.
One facet of this campaign was a system of shapes and colors that could be combined in bespoke ways to create delightful key art and patterns. Under superb art direction from the brand team, Knutson Studio executed 4 different pattern animations that flexed across multiple screen sizes and ratios to create fun, moving wallpaper-esque effects.
